Content Operations Coordinator
Our client is a major international broadcaster based in West London and is looking for a highly organised and effective individual with excellent communication skills to work within a media asset management team.
The role is to ensure all programme materials are made available for transmission with sufficient time to go through the required processes including ingest, quality assessment, edit and language customisation and that the finished programmes are delivered to the transmission facility to the required standards.
The position holder will be expected to work to a high standard, following standard operating practices.
Be capable of liaising appropriately with and maintaining constructive relationships with multiple language vendors, third-party distributors, production companies, programming, reversioning, compliance, and post teams
This is a varied client facing role with complex and specific regional business requirements so an accurate and methodical approach is a must
A high level of accurate communication is required to ensure optimum service is provided to business teams
Experience in a similar broadcast environment preferred
Language skills and knowledge of the IBMS scheduling system and ScheduAll or similar, an advantage.
