Specialist project teams

We can if required create bespoke Project teams that deliver to your deadlines, budget, and remit, time after time.

For example a recent request was to provide ITV’s new Northern and Southern play out Centres with a full team, consisting of the overall Project Manager, Design and Project engineers, Commissioning Engineers, and installation teams.

The unique thing about this project was that all members of the team had previously worked together through EMS on other projects, so were able to hit the ground running.

See our case studies for further details on the types of projects that our Specialist Project Teams have worked on.

Vision and values

Vision and values

EMS Technical Personnel aim to establish themselves as the premier provider of engineering and technical personnel to the broadcast and affiliated sectors.

The relationship we have with our clients and suppliers is based on mutual trust, respect and continuous improvement. We’ve already achieved this with many high profile broadcasters, who are mentioned on our client list.

We don’t regard ourselves as just another recruitment business, and we don’t take the easy option and put forward just anyone, the reputation that we’ve built up over many years for reliability, quality and integrity would easily be lost if we did!

Instead, we listen to our clients brief and only recommend people with the right background who fit their requirements.

Our reputation is our best advertisement. EMS invites you to contact companies on our client list for a reference.
